If a parent provides cash, a receipt must be issued and provided to the parent indicating the amount paid, the child’s name, the date it was received and the month the payment is for.
If paying by cheques a receipt shall be provided upon request.
Receipts for payments whether originals or duplicated shall be provided free of charge.
The monthly fee is the same regardless of absenteeism or family holidays. We have shut down the last week of July and the time between Christmas and New Year’s, you are not charged for this time.
